They are mutations and infected with every known form of disease and decay, which gives them their appearance. From a game perspective they are very tough. Some of the troops you will want on your side are plague marines and poxwalkers. For the fast attack, foetid bloat drones and blightihaulers are a good option.For heavy support, similar to the chaos space marines, chaos predators, chaos land raider or defiler are all good options.
